Dr. Joseph Barr

Co-Founder & CEO, ex-Acronis/LifeLock, PhD

Dr. Joseph Barr is a Co-Founder of Prescott-AI where he serves as Chief Executive Officer. In the past he was VP of R&D at acronis.com and prior to that he served in various executive capacities for several venture-backed technology startups. Joe is also an adjunct professor of cybersecurity at prescott.erau.edu.

Taylor Beacom

Co-Founder & CRO, ex-MSP founder

Taylor Beacom is a Co-Founder and Chief Revenue Officer of Prescott-AI, where he leads go-to-market strategy, growth, and customer success. A cybersecurity consultant and entrepreneur, he has spent over seven years at the intersection of emerging technology, IT, and risk management. Taylor also founded Astra Technologies, a company specializing in managed IT services and cybersecurity strategy for regulated industries. He is a frequent public speaker and advisor on cybersecurity and safe technology use.

Tyler Thatcher

Co-Founder & CTO, Acronis alum

As CTO, Tyler shapes AI-driven cybersecurity strategy. He's published research on secure code analysis and interpretable ML for vulnerability detection, and engineered scalable, self-healing ML platforms on AWS, GCP, and Kubernetes. His aim: intelligent defense systems that continually learn, enhancing how businesses detect, respond to, and prevent threats.

Spencer Ochs

CPO, ex-Nike & Credit Karma

Spencer has over a decade of experience building AI-powered products at companies like Credit Karma, Nike, as well as multiple startups. He has led product and engineering teams delivering AI and data systems at scale, with a track record of turning cutting-edge research into products used by millions.

Dr. Jon Haass

Professor of Cybersecurity at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and DoD advisor

Jon C. Haass founded Embry‑Riddle's Cyber Intelligence and Security program and served as interim dean. He later launched his 9th startup: innovation accelerator, Center for the Future. A founder/executive in ventures like OpenTV and Sendmail, most of his companies were acquired. He now applies ML/AI to help organizations stay competitive. Haass holds a Ph.D. in Mathematics from MIT.

Lieutenant General Jeffrey Buchanan

Retired commander of the United States Army North (Fifth Army)

LTG (Ret.) Jeff Buchanan is a Prescott‑AI board member and strategic advisor on defense resilience. Former commander of U.S. Army North (Fifth Army), he led military responses to five major hurricanes and critical border operations. After 37 years in uniform, Jeff mentors national‑security leaders and serves on public‑service and conservation boards.
